My first time getting keratin bond extensions was much easier than expected! Ursula who was doing them for me was brilliant. She's very friendly and accommodating. She's obviously an expert in what she's doing!
The whole process from taking a quiz and getting a quote was so simple and informative. That's what I was looking for.

Ursula organised for a cab to pick me up from the station and greeted me with a warm welcome at the door, the room was beautiful and relaxing, nice comfy chair, plenty of drinks and chocolate (although I was too full to have any) and a great selection of films to watch whilst she carefully fitted my extensions. I have been having extensions for 7 years with every method imaginable, Ursula managed to find the PERFECT match for my hair even though there are so many different colours in it. None of the extensions are visible, which is a first for me as I have such fine hair you can usually see some of them! I have never had so many compliments as I have with these extensions, I absolutely would not go to anywhere else to get my hair done now. My first hair fitting was 4 months ago with Ursula, I’ve never had bonds done before and being new to London I didn’t know where to go so I did a quick google search and found wonderful extensions. I then got in touch with ursuala and I was happy to then go ahead and get the bonds fitted. After having the tape ins and clip ins this was the best thing ever, natural looking can’t even tell you have hair extensions blends in lovely! 100% would recommend getting bonds done, if you’re a high maintenance girl who loves getting nails done and hair done all the time this is the one for you it’s definitely worth it!! The customer service is great, the set out is lovely and cosy proper homely! Have a tv so you can put Netflix on and chill, not like being in a hairdresser environment.
